              Customer Service Officer/ Concierge!

              Hiring for Customer Service Officer! The main duty of a Customer Service Officer is to interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about products and services.
              Duties/ Responsibilities include;
              1.     To respond promptly to customer inquiries.
              2.     To handle and resolve customer complaints.
              3.     To record details of inquiries, comments, complaints & details of action taken.
              4.     To keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
              5.     To follow up on customer interactions.
              6.     To manage administration.
              7.     To communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
              Basic requirements include;
              1.     Basic knowledge of relevant computer applications.
              2.     Good communication and listening skills.
              3.     Good at problem analysis & problem-solving.
              4.     Work well in a customer service orientated environment.
